This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed for iRemotech remote iPhone infrastructure services. Operator: Linkejat SLU (NRT: L-713041-F), Residencial Coll de Jou 5, Bloc C, 1ro 1ra, Escaldes Engordany - AD700, Andorra.
You may request a refund of your service subscription if the request is submitted within 12 hours from the moment the service is requested or activated, the request is made through our official support channels (email or support ticket), and the account has not been suspended or terminated for a Terms of Service violation. Requests after this 12-hour window are not eligible.
Data tariffs (mobile data plan charges) are non-refundable, as data consumption occurs immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed. Additional services or add-ons that have already been consumed or activated, and setup fees if applicable, are also non-refundable.
Send an email to contact@iremotech.com with the subject "Refund Request". Include your account email address, the date of service activation, and a brief reason for the refund request. We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
For eligible requests, the refund covers the service subscription fee paid. Data tariff charges are deducted from the refund amount as they are non-refundable. The refund is issued to the original payment method.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Requesting a refund results in immediate cancellation of the associated service. Upon cancellation, access to the remote device and all related features is revoked. Any data stored on the device during the service period is securely erased.
We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests outside the 12-hour window for prolonged service outages caused by our infrastructure (exceeding our SLA commitments), billing errors or duplicate charges, or service not delivered as described. Each exception is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
