These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Linkejat SLU (iRemotech), governing your access to and use of the iRemotech platform and services. Linkejat SLU, NRT: L-713041-F, Residencial Coll de Jou 5, Bloc C, 1ro 1ra, Escaldes Engordany - AD700, Andorra. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
iRemotech provides enterprise-grade remote iPhone infrastructure services, including remote access to physical iPhone devices, device management and monitoring tools, employee assignment and access control, activity logging and audit capabilities, and API access for integration purposes.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, register for an account with accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your account credentials, promptly notify us of any unauthorized access, and be a legally registered business entity for enterprise accounts. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You shall not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights; use the services for illegal, fraudulent or harmful activities; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with or disrupt the services; reverse engineer the services; distribute malware, spam, or harmful content; violate Apple's terms of service; or use the devices for activities that could damage their integrity or security.
Our services are provided on a subscription basis. Fees are based on custom pricing agreements. Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT/IVA). Late payments may result in service suspension. Refunds are provided only as specified in your service agreement.
We strive to maintain high availability of our services. Specific service level commitments, including uptime guarantees and support response times, are defined in individual service agreements. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
All intellectual property rights in the services remain the exclusive property of Linkejat SLU. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services during the term of your subscription.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. For enterprise customers, we offer Data Processing Agreements (DPA) upon request.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the use of services. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linkejat SLU, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the service agreement, immediately for material breach, or immediately if required by law. Upon termination, access to the services will be suspended and your data will be handled according to our data retention policies.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the services or by email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Andorra. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andorra.
If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
